Prep's Oliver decommits from Tennessee
Less than three months after St. Peter's Prep running back/safety Nyshier Oliver announced his intentions to join the University of Tennessee, the senior standout has reconsidered. Oliver, who gave a verbal commitment to the Volunteers in June, has decommited and is weighing offers from other schools.
"He (Nyshier) just felt that as he looked at it more closely, there were some other options out there that he hadn't looked at," Marauders head coach Rich Hansen said. "That's always the risk when you commit so early."

Oliver was selected Hudson County Player of the Year and was a ThirdTeam AllState selection by The Star Ledger.
